To ensure excellent quality, all merchandise is inspected before it is shipped. In the unlikely event that a damaged item has been included in your order, please inform us
within 3 business days of receipt.
Credit Card Orders
Your card will be charged only if the item is in stock. You will be notified if an item is out of stock by email or phone.
We will replace all damaged items with exactly the same style, size and color you originally ordered (tags must still be attached to clothing) after the damage item is returned. Call for a Return Authorization number (RA). We recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package and insure it for its full value. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
No refunds or exchanges on Ben Marc and GMI Usher suits. Call for details. Store credit on all approved returns not including shipping. No refund on customized orders. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Customized badges takes at least four weeks for set up, production and shipping.
